By using NicerPlans, you agree to these terms. Keep it simple: don't abuse the service, and we'll keep making it better.

The Service

NicerPlans transforms 2D floor plans into 3D visualizations using AI. We provide this tool "as is" - results may vary depending on your input image quality.

Your Content

• You own the images you upload and the renders you create.
• You're responsible for having the rights to any floor plans you upload.
• Don't upload anything illegal, harmful, or that violates others' rights.

Usage Limits

• Free users get limited generations per hour.
• Signed-in users get a fixed number of premium generations.
• Don't try to circumvent these limits or abuse the service.

What We Don't Guarantee

• 100% uptime - we do our best, but things break sometimes.
• Perfect results - AI is good but not magic.
• Permanent storage - download your results, we don't keep them forever.

Account Termination

We can suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, violate these terms, or negatively impact other users.

Liability

NicerPlans is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. Use it at your own risk.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the changes.
